How we design the workshop to maximize learning
1. Simulation
To enhance learning, a simulation is used to allow attendees to see the signals and the affects of their chosen levers.
2. Concept
Concepts are introduced in a general pattern then in a software pattern to increase relateability.
3. Large Group Exercise
As a large group, we apply a concept on a running example, allowing us to see concepts building
4. Small Group Exercise
In smaller groups of 4 to 5, attendees will apply the concept to the facet of the simulation they are focusing on.
5. Reflection
After each exercise, the group at large will debrief on what was learned and what was confusing
